My husband and I worked with Italian Smart Wedding to plan our three day, multi-event wedding in Liguria in July 2022. The team was dedicated, extremely knowledgeable of the local venues and vendors, hired wonderful helpers and staff, and executed our events perfectly. We originally began working with ISW before the pandemic and then all events were obviously paused until international travel was permitted again. Carmen & her team were patient, communicative, and agile through all the ups, downs and unknowns of pandemic restrictions and travel. We ultimately rescheduled for July of 2022.
Italian Smart Wedding leveraged their local expertise and network to help us execute the most memorable and special Catholic wedding ceremony in the church where my great grandparents were married. This required the team to get access granted to a tiny church that typically does not have events. Carmen and team also helped us navigate the Catholic Church and local documentation requirements and they helped us execute three separate collateral events beautifully. Finally they organized and executed the most beautiful, fun, and seamless wedding day in Portofino at the harbor and Castello Brown. We trust Carmen and view her as a true friend now. Carmen and her team were a dream to have on the day of our wedding and an even bigger help as we planned our wedding 5,000 miles away in America. It was nice to have someone so familiar with the landscape and surrounding vendors to advocate for us. The day of our wedding, she brought a team with her who were professional and personable. We loved working with Carmen and her team. We were worried because we did not get the chance to come to Italy and see the venue before the wedding.
